We want you to love your home and outdoor spaces, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all Keter products in their original packaging. Please ensure items are unassembled and in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully disassemble the product if necessary and place it back into its original manufacturer packaging with all hardware and manuals included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
